Vollrath spoodle with unique oval bowl design which fits nt corners of Super Pan steam table pans reducing waste and maximising serving efficiency. This ivory perforated spoodle has a stainless steel 3oz bowl, is dishwasher safe and ensures accurate and consistent portion control. Capacities are clearly stamped on shaft for easy identification and the textured handle surface prevents slippage whilst in use. The high temperature Nylon handle can resist heat up to 232°C.
